May 2026 marks our 44th anniversary serving the Bemidji and northern Minnesota area! For years we have been specializing in custom screen printing, embroidery and graphic design both locally and in other parts of the Midwest region. Our store is located in downtown Bemidji where we have Bemidji State University, Bemidji Lumberjacks, and general northern Minnesota retail available. If you have an idea of what you'd like but don't see it in the store or online, contact us and we may be able to create something especially for you!  

Cool Threads was owned and operated by devoted community member and BSU Alumni Gary Zerott, and sold in July of 2026 to Nikki and Bob Brink. Our store specializes in Bemidji State University apparel and custom replica BSU Hockey Jerseys.  However, we also do a variety of apparel for companies around the area, as well as spirit wear for the local Lumberjacks High School and Middle School.
